VISION

I believe that it is our responsibility to make our bodies healthier and happier. If you notice it wasn't stated "a hard body"? That's because everyone's goals are different in relation to what makes them happier. Some people just want to keep those holiday pounds at bay; others want to be chiseled, and many just want to feel fit and healthy!

All of these goals are attainable, but not always by yourself. Sometimes we lack the knowledge, but there are times when we have the knowledge but lack the drive. That's were I come in! Knowledge, Drive and Understanding are the elements that I can bring to your journey to a stronger, healthier, happier and longer life for you!

CONDITION

Your body is how you navigate through life. And your car is your transportation on the road.  Well it is just as important that you condition or maintain your body just like you would your vehicle ... REGULARLY!  And there are many different types of Training modes to condition your body to be the vehicle that you want it to be. "Weight lifting is boring!"; "I don't want to get too big or muscular."; "I'm not a professional athlete."  

Don't let this reasoning keep you from being completely conditioned with the best body and best quality of life you can enjoy!  Every training program is individual to your needs and goals.

NUTRITION

Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats are the BUILDING BLOCKS of a strong body! A nutritional program that is completely balanced and with your goals in mind is a part of the equation in fitiness that is key. Our nutrition is the fuel that we use to THINK, MOVE and ADAPT throughout the day. Many times I've seen clients come into training and not realize how importnat the fuel that you put into your body is in relation to the results that they want to see. You and I will adjust your nutrition and watch your energy levels change because you are fueled by FACTS and not MYTH!

TRANSFORMATION

"HOW did you do it?"; "How LONG did it take?"; "WHAT do I have to do to lose/gain weight?"...all of these are the questions we ask each other. But LIVES aren't transformed overnight.
